FACILITATION
We facilitate organizational learning, strategic planning, and participatory exercises with diverse stakeholders to understand perspectives on what is working, what is not, and how to make practical improvements. We build capacity by providing customized training in theories of change, development of indicators, research ethics, data analysis, and other topics.
DESIGN
We collaboratively design monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) plans that will provide actionable information based on data and inclusive, reflective inquiry. We can work with diverse stakeholders to develop meaningful, practical indicators and processes to understand how the organization’s work is contributing to social change. We can develop MEL plans for funding proposals to maximize chances of success and position organizations to learn, document and showcase their impact.
INVESTIGATION
